In his previous position as Managing Director for U Turn Tax Refund, Jason was overseeing a team of 150+ qualified professionals and transformed the Company, in 3 years, from a small business operation to a large multi-national corporation with over 30 offices globally. Developed new lines of business which has led the Company to be a leading Professional Services firm providing a host of services – Incorporation and business set-up, International Tax Advisory, Corporate Advisory, Domestic Compliance, Transfer Pricing, Global Business Process Outsourcing, etc.
From 2007 to 2012, Jason was Head of Business Development and Strategy at Qatar Sport Investments owned by the State of Qatar, involved in developing a strong investment Portfolio with an asset-base that grew from US$2.5B to US$10B during his tenure which also coincided with the economic downturn. Developed the strategic action plan for Pilatus Sports Management tasked by members of the Qatari Royal Family to develop and present a fiscal plan to elevate BURRDA Sport to compete with brands such as Nike and Adidas, worked closely with the General Manager to secure a significant investment of US$2B in the growth of the brand. Also engaged with regional and local banks, investment companies and HNIs on key opportunities for investment in property development in Doha and the Middle East, including large mixed-use developments, five-star hotels, marina & yacht clubs, golf courses, concept sports cafés, franchise-driven entertainment facilities, valuated over $2.5B.
Jason was also part of the core team responsible for evaluating and bidding for global events and has worked closely with various global sports federations like FIFA, ICC, FIH, FIVB, FIBA, ATP / WTA, IAAF, IHF, UCI, etc.
Jason is also the President and Board of Director at eFans Inc., USA, Founder & Managing Director at La Empresa Events & Sports Management and also serves on the Board of over 10 companies. Also previously worked for large multinational corporate firms which are market leaders in their respective industries like British Telecom, Emirates Airlines, Vestas Wind Energy, and AC Nielsen.

His decade long stint in the United States followed by one in India includes sales, marketing and consulting experience leading several large scale projects involving business and management consulting, creation of go to market strategies, process optimization, business development, market research and data driven marketing. He has also worked in the Intellectual property space, helping companies build, manage and monetize their patent and trademark portfolio.
He has over 7 years of medical device and life science research experience spearheading cancer and cardiovascular research projects all across the United States and India. His research work has primarily been at universities such as University of Chicago, Northwestern University, Clemson University, etc, as well as at one of the foremost drug delivery companies in the world namely ALZA Corporation, a Johnson & Johnson enterprise. He has also published in reputed, peer-reviewed journals and presented at major international conferences.

Kishore is a serial entrepreneur and co-founded IncMantra within the Genèse family, which provides startup incubation, accelerator program for medium size startups, fund raising, management of co-working spaces and specialized technology trainings and workshops. With over 17 years of experience developing the project management processes for ICT projects, implementing a Global Delivery framework, formulating the department strategy and performance KPIs, and Business Process continuous improvement, his experience has been instrumental in grooming startups from ideation stage through to their growth stage and beyond.
Prior to this he co-founded Foodmingo, an online food delivery aggregator. Kishore wanted to try something different and took a plunge in to foodtech sector, built company from scratch, instrumental in growing the company multifold with US$ 20 million turnover. Launched food portal services in 4 cities and responsible for seamless merger of acquired Bangalore based food Aggregator.
From 2007 to 2015, Kishore worked as Portfolio Head of IBM India for an Australian Telecom Giant. Responsible for all IT Infrastructure remote management covering Datacenters, OS Migrations, Disaster Recovery and optimisation of processes.
Kishore worked for corporate firms such as Monash University Australia, ITC Infotech UK Ltd, T-Systems UK and IBM India Pvt Ltd.

Ashish has extensive experience in cybersecurity, blockchain, web development, IT management, financial markets and the energy industry.
He currently serves as Chairman of the Blockchain Working Group & is a part of the IoT Leadership Team for the Cloud Security Alliance. In that capacity, he is responsible for pushing their multiple research efforts as well as coordinating with multiple industry factors, organizing Test Benches for startups & presenting their research at multiple international forums like Planet Blockchain Dubai.
He also serves as an Advisor to the Government of Kerala's Blockchain Initiative (KBA). He serves as an advisor to multiple blockchain startups and is a part of Technology Analyst Panels like Dimensional Research and Aberdeen. He has served as an IT management and cybersecurity professional for multiple SMEs across UAE, India and USA for over a decade prior to starting his own cybersecurity consultancy.
He was awarded with the Ron Knode Award for Cybersecurity Best practices at Sec-Tor,Toronto,Canada in 2017. He is Co-Author on Books on BPX (SAP) & OCEG RedBook(GRC). He Holds multiple certifications in the fields of IT, cybersecurity, blockchain and IoT. Has a special research interest in quantum computing & IoT defensive techniques. Jimmy has extensive experience in both the sports and media & entertainment industries handling various aspects like sports marketing, event management, talent management, sponsorship, and brand activation.
As the founder of Boqin Group, Jimmy has worked closely with global sports federations like ATP and WTA and also with regional sports federations like Bahrain Football Association, Qatar Swimming Federation, Dubai Sports Council, and more for delivering projects. A pioneer in UAE’s talent management industry managing the celebrated Emirati film director Ali Mostafa and has successfully been representing brands such as Range Rover, Alfred Dunhill, Hublot, etc.
Prior to Boqin, Jimmy was Regional Marketing Director of Arab Media Group for three years. Jimmy was a key team leader for the launch of MTV Arabia, Virgin Radio 104.4, and two national newspapers along with spearheading the marketing of UAE's first ever musical productions CHICAGO and MAMMA MIA successfully.
Jimmy has also worked with ITP the region’s largest publishing company managing retail marketing needs for publications such as Time Out, Ahlan & Arabian Business. Developed ITP’s first turnkey ticket management service providing complete solutions for events.

Rakesh has extensive experience in ICT Consultancy, ICT Infrastructure, Business Continuity Planning and Project Management.
In his most recent assignment, Rakesh has been working on a long-term consulting project with Department of Transport Abu Dhabi since 2013 developing the Project Management processes for ICT projects, implementing a Portfolio Management framework, formulating the department strategy and performance KPIs, and Business Process improvement. Prior to this he has advised NESSCO UK in their ADCO Shah Gas Project and Premium School Nairobi.
From 2007 to 2012, Rakesh worked as Head of Information Technology for Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company (ADNEC) owned by the Government of Abu Dhabi. Responsible for all ICT deployments covering IT, AV, Telecoms, Building Automation Systems (BMS), Security and Access control systems. Rakesh managed technical designs, tenders, contracts, installation, commissioning and handover of all IS/IT systems in Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, Capital Gate Tower with a 5-Star Hyatt Hotel, Aloft Abu Dhabi Hotel, Aloft London Hotel, Excel London Exhibition Centre and the Al Ain Convention Centre.
Prior to joining ADNEC, Rakesh was in the Oil & Sector industry having worked with Shell for over 4 years as Infrastructure Project Leader in Malaysia, Iran and the UAE. Responsible for SAP roll-out in seven APAC countries.

Ana has extensive experience in all aspects of taxation and tax law like cross border taxation, withholding of tax, indirect tax, corporate tax, tax incentives including R&D credits and tax law in real estate and sports. Ana is also experienced in company incorporation, tax restructuring and tax due diligence.
In her previous role as Regional Manager for U Turn Tax Refund, Ana was responsible for business development and developing operational strategy across Europe and the Americas. Set up operations in over 10 European countries and was responsible for the Compliance Center in Romania. Being based in London, Ana was directly responsible for dealing with the various Tax Authorities including HMRC in UK.
Ana is also extremely experienced in developing and implementing operating policies and procedures. Established the tax advisory and transfer pricing divisions of U Turn Tax Refund with the Managing Director. Also responsible for recruitment of Tax Managers and Country Heads in Europe besides mentoring the Managers and guiding them on tax and business development aspects.
Ana has over 6 years’ experience in the Big 4 firms in various European countries. Delivered projects for clients from various sectors including but not limited to Oil & Gas, Financial Services (BFSI), Retail & Consumer Goods, Manufacturing & Distribution, Telecommunications, etc.
Ana completed her Bachelors’ and Masters’ in Economics, Tax Law and Taxation. Ana is also a Certified Tax Consultant.

In her previous role as Global Head of Marketing & Communications for U Turn Tax Refund, Atefeh was responsible for marketing, advertising, PR, events, employee engagement, stakeholder engagement, internal communications, digital media, branding and developing customer strategies in over 30 countries spread across Middle East & Africa, South Asia, Europe and the UK.
Atefeh is also experienced from the agency side having worked previously with SectorMark Marketing Consultants serving clients from the hospitality industry like Rotana Hotels, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, Jannah Hotels & Resorts and Miramar Hotels & Resorts. Responsible for developing branding guidelines, artwork creatives, media strategies, social media and managing client budget for marketing & PR.
Atefeh has previously worked with Dubai Holding/TECOM, Tiger Woods Dubai at Tatweer, Ajman Bank and Appella International. Completed marketing and communications projects for DU, Baker Hughes, MacDonald’s and Yahasat. Atefeh also serves on the Board of 80s Marketing Dubai.

Shan has extensive experience in strategic planning, transaction advisory, financial reporting, corporate finance, business planning and analysis, taxation and other statutory affairs spanning across Healthcare, Retail and FMCG industries.
In his previous position as the Head of Finance for GMC Healthcare LLC (Part of Dutco group), he was responsible for handling the commercial operations all clinics under the group in UAE. He was instrumental in the financial transformation of the group through a complete revamp of strategical and operational processes and launch of new service lines to boost the profitability and improve the financial position of the group.
During his tenure with Aster DM Healthcare as Finance Manager, he developed and led a team of 25 finance professionals to manage the finance and accounting function of a 500 plus bedded greenfield tertiary care centre in Kochi. Shan also completed the full-fledged implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite, Hospital information system and Business Intelligence tools. Since it was a greenfield project, he was involved in the formation and implementation of standard operating procedures and policies for all financial processes.
He was also associated with Ernst & Young, Emirates Healthcare, IFB industries Limited and Novartis early in his career. .
Shan has completed his Bachelors’ in Commerce and is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He is certified in healthcare leadership by Harvard Medical School and is also a six-sigma green belt.
